First we want to restructure the contributor to workflow including URL, menu, alias and folder structure. Short: Replace "Contributor" in all instance with "Workflow" We should probably nest this like the admin are so it workflow/contribution and workflow/invoice

We want to create a work flow to handle invoice with receivables.
