Member Item Salary Overide

I want to add two column to the database one being a salary and one being an enum for:

  1. Hourly
  2. SalaryPerPayPeriod
  3. WordCount
  4. SalaryPerProject

Then add these to the Member Item SetModal page.  Later we will write the software to use this if it exist rather then the role salary as a blanket item.
