Moving Assets to Unity

We need to move the assets that are completed into Xenko.  Set assets to isgameable and set the three tier taxonomy and category for where they belong.

Short, Mid, and Long Term Assets

Any 3d model marked as complete and not in the official release need to be categorized and put as isgameable then moved to official release

All completed agenda need moved into xenko.
