Design start screen
We need a start screen that will allow us to start a new game or exit the game. We need a options button that will bring up another panel with placeholders. Using
/asset/viewasset?assetid=1522 for textures create a functional and aesthetically pleasing End User Ui that we can start placing scripts into to add more functionality
